About this dashboard

Everything here comes from the public Cumberland County WebCAD incidents page. Nothing is added to or removed from what the county publishes — it is only reformatted so it is legible on a phone, searchable, filterable, and plottable on a map.

Dispatch times are published by the county as Eastern time and are shown as Eastern wall-clock time wherever you are viewing from. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Cumberland County government or Cumberland County Department of Public Safety.

Frequently asked questions
Where does this Cumberland County 911 information come from?
From the public live incident page published by the Cumberland County Department of Public Safety at webcad.cumberlandcountypa.gov. This site reads that page every minute, keeps the rows as published, and redraws them for phones. It is an unofficial, independent mirror; nobody in Cumberland County government reviews or runs it.
How current are the Cumberland County calls?
Usually within a minute or two of the county page. The county page itself can lag behind dispatch, and calls disappear when the county closes them.
Why are some calls missing, such as police calls?
Only calls the county chooses to publish appear. Many Pennsylvania counties leave out police calls and sensitive incidents, and this site never adds or guesses at calls that are not on the county page.
Can I listen to Cumberland County fire and EMS radio?
Yes. The Listen control opens 3 Broadcastify feeds (EMS, Fire Operations, Carlisle Fire & EMS) in a new tab. The audio plays on Broadcastify, not here, and depends on volunteer feed providers.
Why does the map show circles instead of exact addresses?
The county publishes a street and municipality, not coordinates. Each call is placed on its borough, township or city using public-domain US Census boundaries, which also avoids pointing at a specific home.
Which parts of Cumberland County are covered?
All 33 municipalities the county dispatches for: 22 townships, 11 boroughs, about 545 square miles.
Can I get alerts for my town?
Yes. Create a free account, then turn on alerts for Cumberland County and pick the towns and call types you care about.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call 911. This site is not monitored and cannot dispatch help; email to andrewcknight1+pa911@gmail.com reaches a person, not a dispatcher.
