How the Cumberland County 911 dashboard works

One public Cumberland County page is read every minute and redrawn for phones. Here is how, and where the data stops.

Where the calls come from

Every call on the Cumberland County dashboard is read from the Cumberland County WebCAD incidents page at webcad.cumberlandcountypa.gov, published by the Cumberland County Department of Public Safety. The page is read once a minute, and each row is shown as published. Nothing is added, edited or held back.

What the map can show

The county publishes streets and municipalities, not coordinates, so calls are grouped on their borough, township or city. Calls are reported for every borough and township in Cumberland County, from Carlisle and Mechanicsburg to Shippensburg.

What this site is not

This is an independent mirror, not an official Cumberland County government service. In an emergency, call 911. Go back to the live Cumberland County calls.
